Suja Juices

I got a sample of this from BzzAgent and it was pretty cool. If you're a vegan or vegetarian then these would be right up your alley. As a broke college student, I can't afford expensive juices especially when I'm neither vegan or vegetarian. Didn't LOVE but they weren't terrible and the next time you're in Publix, go check them out.

E.L.F. High Definition Powder

I bought this product after hearing several good reviews about it.

These reviews are very true. I really like this powder and see it as a dupe for many, much more expensive, powders. The powder is loose and translucent. It doesn't come across as chalky, even on dark skin tones. It wears well and fills in pores and small lines. It leaves behind a matte finish and is very wearable. When I first started using it, I found it looked best if I reapplied it but it does have a nice 6 hour wear and this is in the summer in the Deep South.

The only problem I have with this is that it's messy. The sifter is kind of useless and when you open the lid, powder flies everywhere. I think they need to make the holes finer, so that less product can get through because I feel like I have wasted a lot that just fell to my floor.

However, for the $6 price tag, I can live. I think this is a really nice product and I will probably repurchase again.

Kracie Popin' Cookin'

So this is a bit of a different review. I ordered some Japanese candies for my sister's birthday that I always found interesting and she really liked.

I bought the doughnut and sushi packages. They were both enjoyable to make. It was an extremely interesting process and the results looked exactly like the tutorials online and the pictures on the box. It was relatively inexpensive too-only $5-6 a box.

The sushi one was the most interesting, especially when it came time to make the fish eggs. However, the candy itself wasn't very good. Neither my sister or I liked it. I also made a video on YouTube HERE for you guys to check out how we did it!

The doughnut one tasted the best-like doughnuts! I didn't film this one because I did it with my boyfriend. The doughnuts actually looked like mini doughnuts and it was the fastest to make. I enjoyed putting the sauces on and molding the dough.

E.L.F. Foundation Brush 1801

I bought this on a whim because I saw the $1 price tag and have been wanting to try out a foundation brush. I've actually been a little scared of gumping up one of my nicer brushes from Crown Brush with foundation so this was a nice alternative. BY THE WAY, if you ever want a nice set of reasonably priced brushes, check out Crown Brush at HauteLook. They have specials on their pretty often and are easy to use and get.

Anyways, my first impression of this brush is pretty good. I used up a lot less foundation with a brush and the end result looked more natural and not cakey.

The brush end is a little thin but overall seems sturdy. I've heard of problems where reviewers say they shed a lot but I haven't seen that. I've not had any problems with metal of the brush coming off or anything and for a dollar, I honestly wouldn't care.

If you want a foundation brush to try, go out and get this. It's $1 - how could you go wrong?

Kiss Everlasting French Nails

I bought these after my best friend wore a similar set-these to be exact- to prom. We figured that they would be a great alternative to acrylics.

I bought these and they were way to long! They reminded my of a witch's nails so I had to file and cut them down to a petite length. I underestimated how long the medium length was when I bought them. They didn't chip which held true to their "No Chip" guarantee and I liked the variety of sizes that came in the box.

The glue they came with was not that great. I would follow the directions and find air bubbles and over the course of the week you could see where the nail was coming up. Maybe this was because I've spent so much time in the water at the beach or in the pool - I don't know. I think these nails would have been better with stronger glue. Anyone have some good recommendations?

These are nice if you are wearing them for a night out or for a few days on vacation but if you want something that last longer - go acrylic.
